Check Presentation to Gaylord Hospital 2019
This year our Foundation presented a check to Gaylord Hospital so they could purchase a new Pressure Mapping system. Tara A. Knapp – Vice President of Development, Public Relations & Marketing describes the system: “Pressure mapping helps wheelchair bound individuals avoid complications from pressure ulcers and sores when a seat is improperly fitted. Given that the chair is their “home” it is important that it fit correctly. The thin, flexible body pressures sensors help assess comfort, design, and ergonomics. This system can be configured to measure any size seating, or support surface. This system captures key metrics when it comes to measuring the pressure distribution between the human body and a surface, including total force, peak pressures, and center of force. The software gives the staff member the ability to make quick assessments of asymmetry, as well as conclude peak pressures at a glance. Gaylord’s system was purchased in 2006 and is past its useful life and is at risk of complete failure.”

Shoreline Arts Alliance Receives A Donation
MJ Petretto, President MJP Foundation presents a $4,500 check to Eric Dillner, CEO, Executive Director of Shoreline Arts Alliance. The donation will be used to help educate, encourage, enrich and engage deserving youth through exposure and participation in the arts.
M.J. Petretto Foundation Makes Donation To Gaylord Specialty Health
A check for $5000 is presented to Gaylord Specialty Healthcare from the MJ Petretto Foundation represented by MJ Petretto and Linda Remington.
2015 Donation to VNA Parkinson’s Exercise Group
The M.J. Petretto Foundation 2015 Annual Golf Classic Raised $4,500 for the VNA Parkinson’s Exercise Group.
The MJ Petretto Foundation continued their ongoing support of VNA Community Healthcare with a donation of $4,500. The donation will help fund the VNA Parkinson’s Exercise Group. Linda Remington and MJ Petretto from the Foundation presented the check.
VNA Community Healthcare Acknowledges and Thanks the 2015 MJ Petretto Foundation Golf Classic for Donations to Benefit Parkinson’s Exercise Class
VNA Community Healthcare was chosen as one of organizations to receive proceeds from the 2015 M.J. Petretto Foundation Golf Classic. The event was held on June 9, 2014 at the Clinton Country Club and was hosted by Retirement Planning Group LLC.
